UpSource is the exclusive vendor partner for New Zealand for BluePrint Business Solutions. Our relationship has its origins back in 2013 but in more recent times it relates to putting our money where our mouth is and developing a team for use in our own business properties. We just felt it was too good not to share!
We Are UPSource
UpSource was born out of deploying our own team for a related party finance company and subsequent marketing business. Having previously developed a sales team operating from Manila we knew full well the possibilities of using such a motivated workforce.
Facing a post covid employee shortage in New Zealand we simply knew that the remote worker service was going to be in huge demand and UpSource was created to enable other NZ based business the ability to take advantage of our learnings.
Family Values
The connection between UpSource and BluePrint was an easy one to make. With a heavy focus on family values there was only ever going to one choice when it came to who we trusted with our own staffing solutions.
Based in Cebu – BluePrint are a million miles away from the madness of Manila and this also results in a highly motivated workforce. Site visits are a pleasure in this location with world leading resorts and eco tourisim on the door step.
